Eligibility & Age

You must be of legal age and otherwise legally permitted to purchase or receive firearms and ammunition under federal, North Carolina, and your local laws. By using this website you represent that you are not prohibited from possessing firearms.

All transfers are subject to a background check (ATF Form 4473) and any applicable waiting periods. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction that we cannot complete lawfully.

No Online Firearm Sales

This website is informational. We do not sell firearms for direct online purchase or shipment to consumers. Any firearm must be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) and completed in person with the required paperwork.

FFL Transfer Process & Legal Compliance

Frugal Pimp Firearms LLC is a licensed FFL dealer in Smithfield, NC (FFL License No. 1-56-101-01-8M-20970). To complete a transfer, the shipping FFL emails us a copy of our license, we log the firearm into our bound book upon receipt, and we contact you to schedule the Form 4473 and background check.

You are responsible for ensuring that any firearm you arrange to have transferred is legal for you to own in your jurisdiction. We will not complete a transfer that violates federal, state, or local law, and a denied background check forfeits any obligation to transfer the item.

Orders, Payment & Special Orders

Special orders are prepaid in full at the time of ordering, and payment may be non-refundable once an order is placed with a distributor. Prices, availability, and lead times are estimates and may change. Transfer fees and any applicable taxes are charged at the time of transfer.

Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frugal Pimp Firearms LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.

You assume all responsibility for the safe and lawful handling, storage, and use of any firearm or ammunition.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in North Carolina.
